Hi! I am Corie Tyler, REALTOR® with Swell Real Estate Co., serving Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth and areas around Hampton Roads.

I look at a home the way it was built: its structure, its balance, and the feeling it gives you when you walk in. That's how I help sellers price and present their homes with confidence, and how I help buyers see past the staging to what really matters.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years managing budgets, calendars, and records for yearly audits. That same attention to detail goes into every contract, deadline, and negotiation I handle.

I am not originally from Hampton Roads, so I know what it takes to learn a new area. I hold the Military Relocation Professional certification and the C2EX endorsement. I also volunteer in the community through Realtors Have a Heart and the Habitat for Humanity of South Hampton Roads Women Build Club.
